Review of Love Lifted Me (A Songbird Novel Book 3) By Rachel Hauck and Sara Evans

This is the conclusive novel in the songbird series.

Jade and Max love each other deeply although revelations from his past have shaken their marriage.
Jade also loves Max’s son Asa, who she is now raising as her own. But there is one last secret that is going to impact them all. Jade wrestles with news that could break Max’s heart and change their lives forever.

I was gripped from the first chapter about the storyline involving Asa and the secret. Throughout the book I had quite a few problems trying to understand some of the parts about football. With this book being set in America that also caused me more problems with understanding the football terminology.

I also think that as this was such a large portion of the book it dragged on and I found myself getting bored and wanting it to quickly go back to Jade, Asa and Max.
Toward the end of the book I was happy that Jades dreams finally came true.
